Project Overview

For the past 5 years, CIO Mastermind has been serving CIOs and CTOs of mid-large sized companies through their professionally facilitated think tanks, information databases and executive coaching. Based out of Denver, CO, they help US IT Executives reach their potential.

The CIO Mastermind team had three main goals at the start of our partnership – refine the messaging around the brand (visual and contextual), conversion optimize & redesign the CIO Mastermind website and 3x their booked sales calls with more outbound marketing.

Implementation & Results

Working hand-in-hand with the CIO Mastermind team, we not only operated effectively on the accelerated timeframe, but had a clean rollout, with no additional costs, coming in 8% under projected budget. We completely redesigned Ui/Ux of the CIO Mastermind site, built and properly configured their Cold Email infrastructure, wrote multi-variant 5-Step outbound sequences and gathered precise lead data for their campaigns.
