The Challenge
The holistic approach was a major differentiator for Wilmington Oral Surgery, but it wasn’t clearly visible on their website or in any of their marketing materials. At the same time, they didn’t want to risk turning off traditional patients who might not resonate with “holistic” language on the homepage.
Our challenge was to design a campaign that would reach the right people (those actively looking for natural, alternative options) without disrupting the rest of the brand.
The Solution
We started by designing a dedicated landing page focused solely on their holistic offerings. This allowed us to tailor the messaging without changing the broader tone of their brand. The page shared information on their natural pain management philosophy, use of regenerative healing techniques, and their belief in supporting the body’s own healing process.
From there, we:
- Built custom Meta and Google campaigns targeting individuals interested in wellness, alternative medicine, and natural healing modalities.
- Created audience segments based on interests like red light therapy, holistic dentistry, functional medicine, and medication-free recovery.
- Used existing visual assets, including video content we had shot in a previous project, to bring authenticity and warmth to the campaign.
- Drove traffic directly to the landing page, with clear calls-to-action for booking consultations.
The Results
This campaign helped Wilmington Oral Surgery connect with a new segment of patients: those who would never have considered oral surgery unless it aligned with their values around natural healing.

- Increased appointment requests directly from the new landing page
- Positive community feedback about their holistic services
- A clear path to expand their brand without overhauling the existing website or operations
