Our friends at Punch Rescue build emergency communication infrastructure for K-12 schools, healthcare facilities, and organizations across the country. Their system is designed for the moments that matter most. It is dependable, wearable, and built to work when other options don’t. But a great safety product still has to be understood before it can be trusted, and in a competitive market where every major player had video content walking prospects through their systems, Punch Rescue needed one too.
They came to us asking for a video that could do some heavy lifting. They wanted it to explain the problem, show the solution, and give decision-makers a clear visual picture of both what the Punch Rescue system is and how it works. After working with us on previous projects, they knew we could create just what they were looking for.
Why Safety Technology Companies Need More Than a Product Page
This company’s competitors all had explainer videos. Without one, Punch Rescue was asking prospects to take their word for it. Everyone else was showing the proof.
The issues going into this project were simple:
- No video content explaining the system and its functionality
- No visual demonstration of key integrations like Rapid SOS and Lightspeed Notify
- A strong product with no equivalent marketing asset to match
In a market where trust is everything and the safety of buyers can literally be at stake, a well-produced video is a highly required credibility tool.
How We Built a Two-Minute Explainer That Could Work Everywhere
Our team used Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere for animation and editing, and Figma to design custom assets built specifically for this video. The result was a visual clip just under two minutes that covers:
- The core safety problem Punch Rescue is solving
- How the system works and how it’s used
- Key integrations, including Rapid SOS and Notify
We also delivered two distinct versions of the video. One highlights the Lightspeed Notify integration, built for Lightspeed Systems to use in their own promotion. The other centers the Punch Rescue emergency communication system itself, giving Punch Rescue a version they can run independently. The animation was produced primarily in-house. Roughly 30% was built in Adobe After Effects, another significant portion was assembled in Adobe Premiere, and a small amount of stock video and minimal AI was involved to round it all out.
A Video Designed to Grow With the Product
The company’s owner, Greg, responded with enthusiasm immediately. He was very excited about the video and ready to use it everywhere he could. This project is complete for now, but it’s designed to be updated as new integrations and system developments emerge. It’s a living asset, not a one-and-done deliverable.
When your product solves a real problem, the right video makes that undeniable. Give your prospects something eye-catching to watch, and you stop asking them to imagine the possibilities. You show them.
